| Alpha | Bravo | Charlie |
The ABC Kittens were so labeled, by the vet, because their first visit occurred before names were chosen. The "ABC" idea appealed to us so after they tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV we settled on the names Alpha, Bravo and Charlie. They are vocal "in your face" cats and will follow you until you sit down and then they will climb your leg and repeatedly kiss you before they curl up for a nap. They get along with our adult cats and enjoy playing with their tails. It's amusing to see an adult cat turn and run from a 2 pound kitten.
Alpha (the boss) is the largest, the loudest, the first to try something she sees the adult cats do, the kissiest and asserts her dominence if you pay attention to any other cat, person or object.
Bravo (the actor) loudly wants to be the focus of attention. He announced their feral presence by loudly meowing for attention after mom hid them in our storage shed. It's cute watching Bravo shadow Tiger Paws, an adult PAW cat, because they look somewhat alike. Bravo must be thinking "someday I want to be just like you."
Charlie (the thinker) is smaller, meows very softly, has longer hair and shorter legs, doesn't have mittens on his paws and watches his sibling's behavior and thus avoids making the mistakes he has observed. When he runs down the hall he reminds you of a galloping horse.
