To meet Bitty/Esmerelda,
Bitty acquired her name 8 years ago as a kitten because it fit her more aptly than her foster name, Esmerelda. No longer tiny, but a bit on the zaftig side, she has nevertheless kept the name Bitty and responds to it as her own. She has lived an entirely indoor life and likes to be vocal, especially when she greets you as you come home. She can be quite affectionate, and willingly sits on laps or cuddles next to "her humans." At other times, she is more independent and is content to sit across the room but within sight. She is less comfortable around small children and dogs. She will for a short time tolerate the attention of young children, but prefers the company of adults. Unfortunately, Bitty/Esmerelda is being returned to PAW due to a change in family circumstances - a small child will be moving in. Bitty/Esmerelda would do best as a single pet in a home without young children or other female cats. She has been spayed and is up to date with all her shots. Beautiful Bitty is looking for a new forever home. Will it be yours?
