Omar is a beautiful, jet-black cat. He's very intelligent, playful, agile and affectionate. He is about 4 years old and loves cuddling and playing people and with other cats. He is very social and would do well in an active household, especially one with another cat(s). Omar is shy at first but quickly takes to a loving hand. Once he's won over, he is a glutton for affection and purrs louder than any other known cat. He particularly likes to wait outside the shower, hoping to be cuddled in a bathrobe or fuzzy towel. He is also great with children and has been patient with our 2 1/2 year old daughter since she was born, despite her sometimes not-so-gentle attempts at affection. He is an indoor cat but could spend time outdoors in the right, safe location (he thrives on his limited "hunting" time in our fenced back yard).
