Bobby has been in foster care since mid May and he has made slow, but promising progress. He's a beautiful, playful boy and has good manners. He started out extremely afraid of everyone and hid in the corners whenever anyone came in his room. It was only when no one was there that he ate, used the litter box and played with his toys. Now, he comes over to his foster mom for petting and will chase a toy on a stick with her. He is still afraid of the men in the family and hides when he sees them and cringes when they try to pet him. He is getting a little less afraid, but he has a long way to go. With lots of love, patience and understanding, he will come out of his shell little by little as time goes by. He has not been introduced to the household cats as yet, so we are not sure how he gets along with them. We will have an update on that in the near further. He has had all his shots, tested negative for FIV and Feline Leukemia, and has been neutered.
