EMILY

Look at this pretty girl! Someone with no heart at all pushed her out of a car onto a busy highway, where she was immediately hit by another car! Luckily, a kind motorist stopped and picked her up and took her to an emergency vet. Emily had a badly dislocated hip and a lacerated paw. Her rescuer called PAW and we have now fixed her hip and other injuries and she is as good as new, with no sign left of that terrible experience.

Emily is extremely affectionate and will wash your face from ear to ear if you let her. It is clear she is yearning to bond with a family of her own. She responds well to basic commands, especially if there is a treat in your hand. Emily was somewhat dog reactive for a while after her accident, but she is showing huge improvement. Her adopter could certainly complete the process with patience and training.
