NOEL

Despite their rough start, Jingles and Noel are very loving and affectionate dogs. Both will flip over for belly rubs and give you kisses to show how sweet they are. Jingles (male) is more outgoing than his sister. Noel (female) is very shy and easily scared but the on the second day, she was climbing into her foster family's laps for petting. They are very mellow and love to bury themselves under the blanket for naps.
