RINGO

[RINGO ] [RINGO ] [RINGO ]

RINGO looked like he had had a hard day's night when we first got him. He was found as a stray and was transported to the local kill shelter where he waited out his hold period unclaimed. Lucky for him PAW was in the market for a smaller dog that would be highly adoptable and he fit the bill. The picture on the left is his "before" picture that demonstrates the neglect he had suffered wherever he came from. He was completely matted and covered in flea dirt. The poor little guy! In order to make him presentable, our vet's office had to shave off all his hair, middle picture, where he went from looking like one of the "Fab 4" to looking like Albert Einstein. The picture on the right is RINGO today. Under all that facial hair that had to be shaved off, they found a hot spot that needed attention. He has been the best patient, allowing them to do whatever they needed to fix his health and hair problems.
Now RINGO is on his way to feeling 100 percent like the cute little guy we knew was under there. RINGO is now ready to take serious notice to anyone who would like to give him the special home and attention he deserves. He is now ready and waiting for his special forever home. Please contact us and arrange to meet this great guy.

Update Aug 3

Ringo is a puppy at heart! He wrestles with his foster mom's dogs but also enjoys sleeping at her feet or having his chin scratched. He would probably do best with a fenced yard to give him room to run. Ringo is affectionate, curious, and friendly with adults, kids, and other dogs. His coat is very soft and doesn't seem to shed. He also doesn't mind a crate. At knee high and less than 20 lbs, he is a perfect size for most living situations.
