RUBY

Ruby is PAWs training project at the moment and she is responding with spectacular results. Ruby is still a puppy and no one ever taught her what was expected of her. We brought a trainer in to evaluate her because she was a wild child, always jumping on people and using her mouth to get attention. The trainer's solution was to gently teach Ruby that she will get no attention for all of this unwanted behavior and she will be praised for the right behaviors. PAW volunteers are working with her daily and we can see her just learning more every day. She is a smart girl. The ideal adopter would be an active person(s) who will give her plenty of exercise and challenge her with additional training.

Ruby is a striking beauty that is coming around to enjoying doing what her people want of her. She is crate trained. Ruby will be a terrific dog for the forever home that will continue her training and bring her around to fulfilling her potential.
